Support / F.A.Q. (Under construction !):

If you have any questions please read this carefull before you try to contact us for help.

FAQ:

Question 1. I've added the page in de query. I Still can't go back or forward in the ring.

Answer: After you have been added in the query we automaticly recieve a notice with your ID#. We check the page and when the code is wrong or incomplete, all we do is wait until it's tested ok. We don't send any notice when the code has not been found at all. If the code seems to be okay we will add the site to the ring. It could take some time between the adding to the query and the check we do. If you want us the check the page within 2 day, reply to our E-Mail, telling us your site is ready (or email us and don't forget to tell the Ring ID#) - Every site added or removed to the ring will find E-Mail noticing it to you.

Question 2. I've added the code to my page and when I use the links, I get an error message - ( Site ID " " is not active).

Answer: The code is working right. This is the message you should get, before your site is added to the ring. Reply to our email, so we know it is working and we can add your site in to the ring.

Question 3. You ask me to add/ change the code but i don't know how.

Answer: Use your regulair Editor like edit, pico or notepad. You can Login and get you code form the system, or you can find two kinds of codes on our homepage with a link to the code. Copy that code and paste in into your homepage (*.htm or *.html) with the editor your using at the point you want to have the banner. Save the page and sent the page to your WWW-site at the ISP (Internet Provider) with a program as ftp. Please remember that the code must be available to frames and not-frames users. See the next question how to fix that if your using frames.

Question 4. I use frames. How can show the banner to not frame users?

Answer: Open with your regulair editor the first page what will be used (mostly index.htm or home.htm). In that page you will found two sections, one for using frames and one for using without. Find the line what says: . Now put the code under that line. Save the file and sent it up to you homepage ISP.

Question 5. I lost my password and now I can't manage my site setting in the ring, what must I do?

Answer: Go to the Logon Page, enter your site id, and click "Send Password", the system will send your password to the email address you submitted, when you joined the ring.

Question 6. How do I find out my site id is ?

Answer: Look at your code, or mouse over it, see the id=????. Your site id is the ????.

Question 7. I lost my password, I changed my email address, and now I can't manage my site setting in the ring, what must I do?

Answer: Press the alert-button in the banner or go to the contact page and tell us that you have lost your password and changed email your address, (don't forget to tell us your ID#). We will send you a new password, but ONLY to the address that is listed on your site. This to make sure the password is send to to correct person.

Question 8. Sometimes when I click on the links of the ring and they don't work. What's up with that ?

Answer: Sometimes the Internet is not working properly, and you can't connect to our ring system. Please try again at a later time.
